Before you write
Most questions are answered on the FAQ section of the home page. If something isn't working for a specific video, please include the URL in your message. We can't reproduce a problem we can't see.
Reporting a bug
A good bug report has three things: the URL you pasted, what you expected to see, and what actually happened. A screenshot helps too. That's it. No forms, no ticket numbers, just plain email.
Requesting a feature
Tell us what you'd use it for. "An API with rate limits" is easy to build but harder to justify without a use case. The more specific you can be about the workflow, the more likely the feature makes sense for everyone.
Copyright and takedowns
This site only displays public video metadata returned by YouTube's own API. We don't host video or audio files. If you're a rights holder and you believe specific metadata on our servers shouldn't be there, write to the legal address above with the video URL and your standing. We'll respond within 72 hours.
